The Lantern Festival is a Chinese tradition of 2000 years and includes the Lunar New Year. This observation coincides with the fifteenth day of the first month of Chinese lunar calendar and change every year.  
The Lantern Festival (Yuan Xiao Jie Teng Chieh or mentioned in Chinese) is a full moon and marks the end of the season of the Chinese New Year. It has its roots in Hinduism and Buddhism, and is celebrated in countries like China, Taiwan and Thailand and Asian migrants in the world. Businesses and other official statements, depending on the region.
